Maintenance content:
Server Merge: Server Polarstern will be merged into Sonnenwind after maintenance.
For both server groups, only data for the four characters with the highest cumulative online time on each account will be preserved. Please make preparations in advance and transfer coins and items to your target characters in a timely manner. Players on Polarstern are required to move warehouse rewards to the intended characters ahead of the merge.
Once Polarstern is merged into Sonnenwind, duplicate character names originating from Polarstern will be prefixed with “PL2”. All characters assigned the “PL2” prefix will receive a free character rename token. Details of the rename event will be announced later via the official website.

Bei beiden Servergruppen werden nur die Daten der vier Charaktere mit der längsten kumulierten Online-Zeit pro Account erhalten bleiben. Nach der Zusammenlegung von Polarstern mit Sonnenwind erhalten gleichnamige Charaktere von Polarstern das Präfix „PL2“ vor ihrem Namen. Allen Charakteren mit dem Präfix „PL2“ wird eine kostenlose Umbenennung des Charakters gewährt. Einzelheiten zur Umbenennungsaktion werden zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt über die offizielle Webseite bekanntgegeben.

Q1: What preparations do players need to complete before the server merge?
A: Go to the warehouse manager to check and collect all pending rewards; transfer all valuable unbound items on redundant low-level roles to high-level roles in a timely manner.
Q2: What impacts will the server merge have on guilds?
A: The normal server merge will not have any impact on guilds. If there is a guild with the same name on the target server, the merged guild will also be added with the server merge prefix.
Q3: What impacts will the server merge have on duplicate character names?
A: Due to the change of role names, duplicate roles will automatically quit their original guilds. The original guild positions and guild activity data of the roles will be automatically cleared, and no compensation will be provided by the official team.
Q4: What impacts will the server merge have on occupied cities?
A: Occupied cities will only be retained by guilds from the target server. The occupied cities of the merged server will be compensated according to the actual occupation situation of the guilds, with a compensation standard of 2.1 billion guild reserve funds per occupied city.
Q5: What impacts will the server merge have on colonies?
A: The normal server merge will not affect existing colonies. The entry of original colonies will be reserved for the original guilds without mutual interference.
Q6: Will the server merge modify player character data?
A: The normal server merge will not affect players' core role data including equipment, attributes, packs, VIP and mall points. All normal role data will be properly migrated.
Q7: What should I do if I cannot find my characters after the merge?
A: Go to the account center and contact official customer service to recover your role.
Q8: How can duplicate name characters use the free rename privilege?
A: After the completion of the server merge, all duplicate roles with the special prefix will be granted one free name change opportunity. The official team will launch a registration NPC in the game subsequently. Please refer to the follow-up official website announcements for details.
